Polley Associates School of Real Estate offers packages of all 28 hours needed for Appraisal Recertification in Pennsylvania, including USPAP and Mandated Law for Appraisers.
Our students can choose from a package of 28 hours or purchase classes individually. Packages offer a discounted rate on tuition. Our courses listed for appraisal recertification are approved for Pennsylvania-certified general appraisers, Pennsylvania-certified residential appraisers, Pennsylvania broker-appraisers, and Pennsylvania-licensed appraisal trainees.
Also have a real estate license? If you have a real estate license, some of our courses are dual approved for appraisal recertification and real estate continuing education.. Real Estate licensees will still have to take any PA required CE courses that are required by the real estate renewal deadline. Ask about our options to take the real estate required topic via Zoom as part of your package!

Livestream (Zoom) Polley Associates has brought our live classroom courses onto Zoom. The same state-approved classes we provide in the classroom now can be taken from a location convenient to you. You’ll have a live instructor presenting the course, just as in a classroom setting, who can answer questions and create a real classroom experience for students in a virtual room. All Polley Associates live stream courses have an instructor and a co-host. The co-host is available to students who may encounter a technical support problem.
